Here is the topic for posting characters for the Project Angel superhero game. Below is the character template. Sorry it’s not in an easy copy and paste format, I wasn’t sure which of the format buttons you’re meant to hit of that!
Anything really goes for character ideas. Classic superhero, telepath, magic user, cyborg, unpowered human who can still stand toe to toe against those flashy powers, it’s up to you. As for how overly powerful you are, obviously Superman level characters are right out. Wolverine/Mr Incredible are probably stretching it.
The only restrictions power-wise: no time or dimensional travel (partially because they are tricky to handle and partially due to plot). Visions of past/present/future should be unreliable at best. Healing: regeneration, even from death, is fine. Healing others should have some kind of drawback (takes time, you take on the damage you heal etc), but no healing others from death. How else can you have a dramatic death scene!
If you don’t intend to start with powers but want to gain them, let me know what you have in mind and we’ll work it into the plot.

You are pursuing a Post-human villain. During the chase some passers-by are endangered. If you stop to save them the villain will escape for now. If you continue the chase, the civilians will likely die.
