"Sure thing, Mama!" winked Sally as she started looking for videos. "Uh... not that one... don;t want her to get bad habits..."

"I gwet a twail?" asked Hettie wide eyed. "Why dwon' ywou awn Mwommy hawe twails?" She gave a little cheer at the market suggestion. "Yweah! I wanna 'splowe awn' twy fwood awn stwuff!"

"You can't ever tell anyone, it was on a secret adventure. Your Mommy and I had to catch this baddy but he was so slippery we only could get him with out tails but then the baddy was so bad that he ate them like liqurish. And that's how we lost our tails." Jenny said with a cheeky seriousness that she nearly burst out laughing. "We will go to the market then and Mommy gets your passport and a ticket for the two of you."

Sally had one hand over her mouth to hide her laughter. Hettie let out a 'wow'. "I thwink ywou awn Mwommy shwould fwind a way twoo gwet youw're twails bwack!" She looked confused. 'Wha awe pwass-pwoss an' twikies?"

"We always dream to get our tails back. Don't we Mommy?" Jenny was laughing loudly by now, her daughter's face was just too funny. "Okay I got to get dressed and the you and I kiddo have a date with the market. I wanna try everything they offer there to eat."

"Of course we do!" smiled Sally. Hettie made a serious face. "I'm gwonna hewp ywou gwet thwem bwack!" Sally let out a loud 'awwww' and hugged Hettie tight, making her giggle. "Dwo I gwet dwessed twoo?" she asked.

"Not sure do you want to go out in just your undies? I think some clothes would be a good idea." Jenny teased Hettie. "Sally do you need anything?"

Jenny had gotten up and looked through her clothes, she probaly had to pack before they left. "Oh and my room is booked with a late check out we don't have to leave it until 3PM so make yourself at home while Hettie and I go on our exploring mission."

"Uh... I might need a new outfit too..." said Sally.

"Wha dwo I weaw Mwama?" asked Hettie.

"I'll make sure to make the most of the room service!" winked Sally.

Jenny kissed Sally. "Hettie and I get you something nice, matching your hair maybe? Don't worry about it Hettie, Mama was just a bit silly."

Jenny put on some clothes and got The clothes Hettie was wearing the day before. "What about those games you mentioned for Hettie? I want to make sure she is not one of those kids everyone hates."

"I dunno.... isn't wearing pink a little to.... girly?" asked Sally unsure. She pondered. "What games again?"

"I like you girly, I am very glad you are a girl." Jenny smiled at Sally while she dressed Hettie. "You said you have video games that she can play on the plane. Also anything else you need me to get?"

"I guessed... but.... pink hair and a pink outfit?" Sally didn't sound convinced. "I'd look like someone out of a musical!" She finished in her pockets and pulled out a key. "Here, check my hotel and see if my stuff its still there. If not, I'll try and get her some more games."

"Well you tell me what colour you'd like us to get and your two girls get you something. Sure I cam do that... You didn't built any boobytraps in your room did you? I would say I got my phone if you need to reach us but I'd be lying though I'm sure Hettie will answer it for me, right kiddo?"

"Er... I usually wear blue," said Glitch. She giggled. "And no, no traps! I didn't want to have to deal with an unforgettable cleaner getting caught in them."

Hettie grinned to. "I cwan dwo tha Mwama!" she said, taking Jenny's phone. She fiddled with it for a moment. "I'wm cawwing Dwada!"

Jenny wanted to tease Sally when she heard Hettie. "Wait who are you calling?"

"Iwt sway's dwada!" said Hettie proudly, holding up the phone.

"No don't call him. He doesn't know about you yet and I wanna surprise him." Jenny took the phone out of Hettie's hand and stopped the call. She rolled her eyes. "Come on Hettie let's go. Bye Mommy."

Hettie ran to Sally wrapped her little arms around her and kissed her rather wet. "Bye Mwommy. Wuv ywa."

Jenny didn't mean to rush Hettie but she also wanted to avoid Sally having to deal with Mark again.

Sally mouthed a 'thank you' to Jenny as she ended the call.

"Awwww, I love you too sweetie! Be good for mama!" said Sally as Hettie hugged her. She gave Hettie a light kiss on the forehead. "And I wanna hear all about it when you get back."

"Swuwe Mwommy! Swee ywou! Bwe gwood!" said Hettie waving as she headed to the door.

The market was a busy place, some goods looked familiar others rather exotic. Jenny lifted Hettie onto her shoulders to keep her safe. They got some clothes for Hettie, tried some funky food like grilled salamander, fried ants and some others. Jenny was more curious about Sally's hotel room. Sally was right it was smaller and simpler than her's.

"We got to make sure we find a nice house for Mommy, okay Hettie?"

"Ywou gwot iwt." Hettie looked around curious.

"Actually Hettie listen for a moment, your Mommy she... she isn't happy with my daddy your granddad. They... had a little fight a while back. So for the moment we don't talk about him. Once we are settled back home I'll take you to see him. Alright?"

Hettie looked up at Jenny, looking a little upset. "Bwu' Mwommy is swo nwice! Whwy wouwd thwey fwight? I wan ewvewyone to wike ywou an' mwommy! Iws Gwanda' bwing mwean?"

"Oh no kiddo he wasn't mean. They just had a misunderstanding. It's about something grownup. I'm sure when they talk about it they will be friends again. Granddad is a very good man, he cares a lot about his family." Jenny smiled a few months ago she would have believed no one if they told her she would be defending Mark.

"I wanna mweet hwim.... why....why cwan' I 'mwembew hwim? Ow hwome? Ow gwanma?Ow... awnythwing?" Hettie started to cry.

'Oh shit!' Jenny thought when Hettie started crying. "It's okay kiddo. Er when we were on our adventure you got hit by some magic and it mixed up your memory. You will quickly catch up and make new memories with them. Do you understand what I try to say?"

Jenny had to tell her little white lie Sally so they would use the same.

Hettie wiped her eyes and looked up nodding. "Was tha' thwe swame bwaddie who awte you awn' Mwommy's taiws?"

Jenny nearly burst into laughter. "No that happened before you were born. Don't worry we manage okay without them. I think this are the video games your Mommy meant. Have a look for me if they work. Man your Mommy sure does like her blue. What do you think if Mommy had blue instead of pink hair?"

Hettie thought for a moment. "Thwen Mwommy wouwd nweed to weaw pwink!" See sat down on the bed and started playing the games, with no indication she was going to stop.
